Our story
Built by technicians, not a call center
KLUG started the way most good trade companies do — one technician, one truck, and a route of neighbors who were tired of service companies that skipped weeks and blamed the weather.
We grew by keeping that standard: assigned technicians, written reports after every visit and repair quotes that explain the actual failure instead of a vague recommendation to replace everything.
Today we service residential pools, HOA communities and commercial properties across Los Angeles County, CA and surrounding cities, and we still measure ourselves the same way — by how rarely our customers have to think about their pool.

CPO® Certified Pool Operators
Our technicians hold Certified Pool Operator credentials covering water chemistry, filtration, circulation and public health standards.
Insured and bonded
General liability coverage is carried on every job. Certificates of insurance are provided on request for HOA and commercial clients.
Manufacturer-trained
Ongoing training on Pentair, Hayward, Jandy and Raypak pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems and automation.
