These terms apply to the KLUG Pool Services website and to the pool services we provide.
Use of this website
This website is provided for information about our services. Content may be updated at any time. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided through this website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we assess the pool, its condition and its equipment on site. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling and access
Recurring maintenance is performed on an assigned route day. Weather, safety conditions and equipment failures may shift a visit. You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the pool and equipment, including gate access and control of pets.
Service scope
Each service includes only the tasks described in your written quote or service agreement. Additional work, specialty chemicals, parts and equipment are quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed.
Payment terms
Recurring maintenance is billed monthly. Repair and project work is invoiced on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Late balances may pause scheduled service until the account is current.
Cancellations
Maintenance plans may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. Scheduled repair, opening or closing appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a trip fee.
Warranties
Workmanship on repairs and installations is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freeze damage, chemical imbalance caused by others, storms or pre-existing structural conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use of the pool.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving the county where the service was performed.
